I'll probably never know what's in a father's heart when he's watching his daughter transforming into a bride, but I still consider myself privileged to be able to witness the emotions:
It's a busy morning high in the Sutton Place Hotel, in downtown Edmonton, as my first wedding of the year is underway.

It's January, so everything is green in Edmonton, said no one ever. But the illusion is possible if you're inside the Muttart Conservatory:
After a short summer dream, we spend the rest of the day at the welcoming Mirage Banquets:
The bride is ready to walk in as soon as the flower girl paves the way for her, with petals:
I forgot to mention that Will is a stand up comic. That means, if you put a mic close to his mouth, everyone in the room is having a great time:
With a signature and a kiss, the ceremony is in the past and we look forward to the party, in the next room:
To hear new jokes after ten years of weddings is quite a feat the MCs are responsible for:
The new 'sky lights' at Mirage make for some bright and original shots:
It's so funny how Will's parents don't consider him funny:
It may be hard not to share the cake with your bride, but not when it's really tasty:
The dance floor literally lights up to kick off the party.
